Sunyard was founded in 1996. It is one of the Backbone Enterprises of China Torch Program and is ranked among the top 10 software companies in Zhejiang Province. With its products widely used in the financial, securities and insurance sectors in China, the company has become a nationally renowned developer and supplier of financial and securities software. In November of 2002, Sunyard was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. 



As of 2004, our company had been awarded two Chinese patents and two National Scientific and Technological Progress Awards. Two of our products are recognized by the state as new key products. Sunyard has also taken on four projects from the China Torch Plan, including document imaging, call center, business e-Banking, and payment encryption systems. Sunyard has over 20 series of products, providing complete IT solutions for clients in banking, securities, insurance, industry and commerce, taxation sectors and government agencies. Over the last few years, Sunyard has made impressive progress in the R&D of imaging processing and CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) technologies. 







Currently, Sunyard has attained ISO9002 and ISO9001 quality system certification and the certification of SEI-CMM Level 3. Its financial and securities software products have been widely used in more than 400 banks, 700 securities companies and in other sectors such as insurance, taxation and land management. Sunyard's banking clients include Industrial & Commercial Bank of China, Bank of China, People's Bank of China, China Construction Bank, CITIC Industrial Bank, Pudong Development Bank, China Bank of Agriculture and Fujian Industrial Bank, among others. 



Sunyard has close to 700 employees, 75% of whom have a bachelor degree or above. Our team is a highly skilled and experienced group of professionals who share a common goal of making quality software products efficiently. 



Sunyard has 21 regional offices in cities nationwide, including Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen. Sunyard also has an office in California.
